Friday

  • 4:00 – 6:15 PM — Camp set-up and dinner
  • 6:15 – 6:30 PM — Welcome and music led by Andrew Horvath
  • 6:30 – 7:00 PM — Session 1 — Aaron Pratt
  • 7:00 – 7:30 PM — Session 2 — Brett Baggett
  • 7:30 – 8:00 PM — Break
  • 8:00 – 8:30 PM — Campfire hymn sing led by Andrew Horvath

Saturday

  • 8:30 – 9:15 AM — Breakfast (vendor set-up 8:00 – 9:15 AM)
  • 9:15 – 9:30 AM — Opening comments and music led by Andrew Horvath
  • 9:30 – 10:00 AM — Session 1 — Wesley Russell
  • 10:30 – 11:00 AM — Session 2 — Dave Coyle
  • 11:30 – 12:00 PM — Session 3 — Matt Kenitzer
  • 12:00 – 1:15 PM — Lunch (food trucks)

Notes

  • Registration necessary — first come, first serve camp spots
  • Vendors welcome — free, separate registration
  • Camping encouraged but optional; bathrooms available but no showers
  • Hotels and Airbnbs available within 20 minutes of the church
  • Friday dinner — bring whatever you want to cook over the fire and share
  • Bring camp chairs or blankets to sit on
